Saturday, July 22nd we’re going back to one of our most popular spots: the ArtsFactory space in Bayview/Hunters Point with Chef Cody Cabana. There was a recent USA Today article that challenged readers to live on food produced or grown within 100 miles of their home.
Well, Chef Cody’s taking it to the next level with this yummy menu prepared exclusively with ingredients grown within 50 miles of home. We live in a delicious place, come enjoy it with us.
Wild Mushroom Puff pasty served with Roasted Shallot Demi Glaze
Farm Lettuce tossed with Lemon Sauvignon Dressing with Carrots, beets and Toasted parmesan cheese toast
Baked Chicken Breast Stuffed with Blue Cheese, Crusted in Walnuts and Topped in a light Volute Sauce

The Fat Tire Planet Fire Truck will take us on a little dessert tour to see Passage By Dan Das Mann and Karen Cusolito, an art installation at Pier 14 in Downtown San Francisco, complete with music and Chocolate Brownie Cake with Fresh Mixed Berries and Whipped Cream
This is our first dinner with a road trip included.
It’s $50 + BYOB.
We’ll get started at 730pm.
I have been wanting to go to a Ghetto Gourmet dinner for a while now, but haven’t had the chance. I think this might be the one. Doesn’t it sound, like, so me? If we get 6 people together, tickets are only $42/person. So who’s in?? 🙂
